RESOLVED - Cloud Print - Currently unable to print Microsoft Office documents

We are aware of problems printing Microsoft Office documents via the cloud printing service and are working with our third party service provider to restore the service as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this loss in service is causing.

We are pleased to report that our third party service provider has identified the issue with the cloud print service and it is now working normally
