Learning and Development

Learning at Work Week

Get involved with Learning at Work Week, which runs from Monday 18 to Friday 22 May 2026.

About the week

Learning at Work Week 2026 is all about celebrating learning and development in the workplace. This year’s national theme is “”, which explores the wide variety of ways we can build skills, grow confidence, and develop both personally and professionally.

It’s a great opportunity to discover how learning can fit into our everyday lives, whether through social learning, experimenting and “learning by doing,” online resources, coaching, shadowing, or more structured training. The theme also reminds us of the importance of creating inclusive opportunities for lifelong learning that benefit everyone at work.

There are some fantastic events planned to help you learn in different ways, connect with others, boost motivation, and be inspired throughout the week.
